Professional Background
Peter Njau is an internationally experienced, self-driven career banker and now Performance Management associate with over 17 years performance management track record across multiple geographies and working with multicultural teams. Peter Designed and implemented the First Performance management Balanced Scorecard for Standard Chartered Bank Kenya. Updated version Later adopted by Standard Chartered Bank Group. Peter has also Designed and implemented Variable Compensation models aligned to scorecards and ESAU matrices for Standard Chartered Bank Kenya, in addition to Sales Management systems (ESAMS) to help manage sales teams and safeguard the integrity of the sales processes.
